Sunrise-
Florida Panthers have hired there GM and he is no other than the infamous Jan "Trigger" Lapiolahti. Over 20 teams in the league wanted to hire him as there GM but Trigger choose Florida Panthers over them all. When asked why the Panthers, there still in rebuilding mode? Trigger replied "We are? We'll see *evil grin*"
What he brings
A man who lives to trade and improve his team every minute he is awake. Heck he most likely goes over trade scenarios in his dreams too that's how much he loves trading. That's why they nickname Trigger.
Does this mean every Panthers player is available for trade? We've heard from our inside source that is not the case. Roberto Luongo is consider untouchable as long as Trigger is the GM and rumour is Luongo is the main reason he choose to Panthers over every other team.
