OTHL - - - The first real big move of this years deadline took place just minutes ago, as the Ottawa Senators aquired Robert Esche, Kenny Jönsson and Petr Nedved from the Los Angeles Kings. The three players came a high price tough, as the Senators gave up Martin Biron, Sandis Ozolinsh, Eric Belanger, Ian White and a 2nd round pick to get them to the Canadian capital.
The league leading Ottawa Senators have been looking to add a solid defender to pair with Zdeno Chara on there top pairing, and with Kenny Jönsson they got just what they wanted. The added offense from Petr Nedved will also be a nice addition to the Ottawa Senators already leathal offense.
