After an up and down season, with more ups than downs the last 2 months, Joe Thornton has passed Daniel Alfredsson for the league scoring lead. To go along with this Glen Murray has been named player of the week. This line really started coming together about 10 days ago when Mark Recchi joined the duo.
The team does not expect Joe to hold the lead long though, as the team heads into a 3 day break in the scheduale. During the break the entire team will be flown to Whistler B.C. for some fun and relaxation.
