Florida Panthers GM was shocked when he found out that Ottawa Senators GM publicly announced there plans to offer Panthers player Bryan McCabe 8M$ during the summer. This if anything is tampering and the league should take action.
"I'm furious. We intend to sign Bryan McCabe to a new contract before free agency starts and now Senators go out before the season is even over and publicly throw out numbers of deals there going to offer players such as McCabe. The league must take action" said Panthers GM
