Atlanta, GA --
Today in an interview session with local sports writers, Atlanta Thrashers General Manager James Love promised the fans of Atlanta a Stanley Cup Championship this year.
"We will not only make the playoffs but we will win the championship.....this year!", commented GM Love.
When a reporter asked, "How can you say that? You are 8 points out of the playoffs with only 18 games left."
"We will make the playoffs. We are unbeaten in 4 games since moving Iginla. We have a good enough team right now to win the championship! And we have Robert Lang, one of the worlds best player, about to come back from injury. I might not even make another move and still stand true to my statement."
