[Pittsburgh, PA] - The OTHL's Buffalo Sabres hired thier very first general manager on thursday night. Jason Fisher will step in and try to lead this team to the OTHL championship. He is a very experienced general manager, having one fantasy championship already to his name, and numerous other awards.
"I am so thrilled to have this opportunity. This is the first time i have actually gotten a chance to lead the team of which I grew up watching. This team will make the fans proud, we will fight and claw our way towards a W every game, they will not be dissapointed. I'd also like to mention that the do not have to sorry about my duties as co-commissioner interfereing with my duties as the Sabres GM. This league means a lot to me, but the performance of the sabres is my #1 priority. We have Mathius and Greg to watch over the league (and to sweep the streets with their crappy @#$ teams!) while the Sabres march on to victory. all kidding aside, both jobs are important jobs, and they will both be performed to the best of my abilities."
It should be an awesome year for the OTHL's inagural season. Don't forget your helmet, and strap it on tight, becasue when you meet this team, it looks like they will be after blood!
