2026-27 Preseason Re-Rates
Each team gets two re-rates: one for a player at any position, one for a goalie only. The re-rate averages the player's previous (2025) and current (2026) base source ratings and will affect every skill rating except EX/LD, rounding down when the avg falls on a half point. Teams are not required to utilize both slots. Players without ratings in last year's preseason pack are excluded. — Rulebook: Ch 7.2.2
